Several new additions to our catalogue

September 27, 2019

Several new resources have been added to the CCDMD catalog in recent weeks.

Third edition of the textbook Hygiéniste dentaire en santé publique

The textbook Hygiéniste dentaire en santé publique, first published in 2011, helps students develop their professional knowledge and reflect on their career orientation in the public health sector in Québec. This third edition is based on the overhaul of the health system and integrates the orientations of the Québec National Public Health Programme for 2015-2025. It was produced by Jean-François Lortie, a teacher at Cégep de Saint-Hyacinthe.

The English version of the textbook, The Dental Hygienist:A Public Health Perspective, was published in 2013.

Updates to four games to improve your French

Four interactive activities on different aspects of the French language have been updated on the CCDMD's Amélioration du français du CCDMD. In addition to providing a new look, these resources are available on all platforms.

Three resources can be found under Jeux Pédagogiques:

- Under Orthographe d’usage: "Défi : Orthographe d’usage"

- Under Syntaxe: "Introduction aux marqueurs de relation"

- Under Jeux spécialisés : "Figures de style"

Finally, the resource "Les accords : Un cadavre dans l’entrepôt" can be found under Parcours guidés.
