The CCDMD is launching, for the ninth consecutive year, its annual photo contest for college students across the Québec college network.
The competition will hand out $3,000 in grants, including $1,000 for the best photograph, and $250 for the People’s Choice. This year, the contest will be held under the honorary presidency of the well-known photographer, Gilbert Duclos.
The goal of the contest is to encourage the development of the next generation of photographers by facilitating the production and sharing of high-quality photography. Participation is restricted to students in the Québec CEGEP network. Each participant may submit a maximum of five photographs. Files must be uploaded directly to the World of Images website until March 11, 2019 (before midnight).
