Resistance Training is designed to help users create personalized programs for workouts. It contains more than 20 pre-existing programs, 350 illustrated and animated exercises, as well as 100 short demonstration videos. For users with little experience, the software allows the creation of programs according to fitness objectives and the customization of the exercises within pre-existing programs (though general program parameters prescribed for the type of activity cannot be modified). The General Training Program type allows users to create custom programs based on a choice of 7 fitness objectives. The Specific Training Program type offers a choice of pre-existing programs based on 17 sports. For more experienced users, Resistance Training allows the creation of personalized training programs tailored to suit their needs. Users simply define the parameters of their training prescription and select from an inventory of exercises.
